The Flower arrangement was fantastic!!!!! 5 Stars!!!! Well loved by my Girlfriend and her coworkers...... But the delivery was less than perfect ?.... The girl tried delivering the flowers to my house in Cathedral City instead of the actual delivery address on the bill my Girlfriends place of work in Palm Desert..... After getting to my Girlfriends place of work in Palm Desert an hour later she still did no follow the instructions given by myself and also the Gate Guard ..... Finley after being escorted by Big Horn security after not following there instructions she was able to deliver the flowers to my Girlfriend..... Your Delivery person a very nice young girl that definitely needs more training in that position.... She did not follow the instructions on your Delivery Bill or the instructions I gave her when she tried delivering the flowers to my house....After arriving an hour later to my Girlfriends job she still did not follow the instructions given by Security at my girlfriend's job..... All said and done after finally getting the flowers my Girlfriend Absolutely Loved your Flower Arrangement!!!!!! Thanks Again!!!! Owen Trent ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for letting us know. All orders are delivered daily as long as customer answers and/or we are allowed into gated communities. If weather permits we will leave items by front door or with a neighbor if they accept it. A message will be left via text or phone call to the number provided for recipient.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
